1. Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines, health supplements, and wellness products, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered, except in the following situations:

You received the wrong product.

The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Return Request Process

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Replacement Policy
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

A replacement with an equivalent product, or

A full refund (where applicable).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

Order cancelled before dispatch.

Product is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect after verification.

Order cannot be delivered due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

Refusing delivery if the package is severely damaged.
