Why Ayurveda
As the name suggests, Mantra Ayurveda is the MANTRA TO TH SCIENCE OF LIFE, WHICH IS AYURVEDA. The most ancient & holistic science blends our modern lifestyle and health-oriented habits with the old vision of using natural resources, medicines, and herbs to help us lead a happy, healthy, stress-free & disease-free life. The cardinal aim of Ayurveda is to restore the individual balance between mind, body, and soul.
Ayurveda believes five essential elements, Pancamahabhutas (space, air, fire, water, and earth), manifest in the human body as three elemental humors known as astridosas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). These three govern the creation, maintenance, and destruction of bodily tissues, assimilation and elimination.
The motto of Ayurveda is SWASTHASYA SYASTHYA RAKSHANAM, AATURASHCHA VIKAR PRASHAMANAM”, which means: “Preservation to the health of a healthy person and treating ailments with breaking causative factors of pathogenesis.”
